We’d like to thank everyone for the support, both designers and non-designers who have used Nucleus, bought us coffee and provided us with feedback. Nucleus has grown from a side project into an opportunity that we never imagined before. We got client projects from Nucleus and we also started selling UI Kits with different app categories.
We can't wait to release the updates we've been working on since late last year! Without further ado, here are the three main things we want to make happen in 2022:
Composition-based component to support better flexibility and maintainability. You only need to edit one base component to edit derivative components in bulk.
Thoughtful component variants. We think the less variance, the better (maybe not for certain cases though).
Desktop components are coming to Nucleus.
Typography library updates.
Nucleus Plus (The all-in-one and premium version) includes
250 Mobile app screens
15 UI Kits across different app categories
250 Desktop patterns (navigation, hero section, pricing, and so on)
More components and their combinations (or you may be familiar with the term “molecules” from the atomic design system)
And last but not least, we got a developer partner in the house! We believe creating beautiful UI doesn't stop at design tools. As we are designing our desktop components & patterns, we are expanding our universe (inspired by Marvel MCU) to bring our design into development with Tailwind.
That’s it! I hope this year will be a blast for everyone! Send us a high-five at email@example.com
Notes: For those of you who have purchased a UI Kit, your UI Kit will get the Nucleus 2.0 update.Visit the original post here
